Zra is a peppy android with a goal of spreading joy to humanity. Zra was sent from the future to do something other than sing in the Z Music Club, but appears to be unable to say what that mission actually is.

Her non-human status has been kept a secret by the Z Music Club. That said conspiracy theories still pop up every so often which put her humanity into question.
